Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive school district in Crestline, CA to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an immediate opening. This full-time onsite position runs through February 2026, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with students with moderate to severe needs and experienced in conducting screenings and small group services.
Job Requirements:

Active California SLPA license required

Previous experience providing speech services in a school-based or pediatric setting

Comfortable supporting students with moderate to severe needs

Experience conducting screenings and running small group sessions independently

Ability to work collaboratively with the supervising SLP and multidisciplinary team
Job Duties:

Provide direct therapy services to students in grades PreK through 5th

Assist with screenings, therapy implementation, and progress tracking

Support individualized education goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote communication development
